    Demographic, Financial, and Insurance information are provided as a quick reference to the patient's current status.

    LEDGER
    A complete record of patient transactions provides a history of financial charges and credits.

    INSURANCE
    A documented history of current and previous insurance coverage along with ID and group numbers provides the basis for applying fees throughout the ordering process.

    RX HISTORY
    Optical prescriptions are easily entered using either mouse selections or keyboard entry, with options for doctor recommendations and notes to optical. Maintain a complete history of past refractions and print the Rx with the doctor’s digital signature.

    ORDER ENTRY
    A powerful, yet simple-to-use interface allows opticians to enter spectacle and/or contact lens orders quickly and accurately.
    Inventory is automatically adjusted at time of posting. A complete history of previous orders is maintained.

    VISION WEB INTEGRATION
    For those who use the Vision Web platform, the powerful yet simple-to-use interface allows users to transmit spectacle and/or contact lens orders quickly and accurately through Vision Web integration.

    DISPENSING STATUS
    Review and manage order status all in one convenient window. Both spectacle orders and contact lens orders are summarized and color-coded according to their status throughout the workflow process.

    REPORTING
    Comprehensive reporting tools provide important visibility and control of the overall business performance and allows analysis by employee, location and revenue category.
